Digital Karl Barth Library

Jack Tarver Library has added the Digital Karl Barth Library (DKBL) to our e-resource repertoire.

The first major online collection of Karl Barth's works, The Digital Karl Barth Library combines comprehensiveness with a carefully crafted set of text-analysis tools, The Digital Karl Barth Library will support a new generation of research into the works of one of the twentieth century's most influential theologians.

The current release features the English translation of Barth's magnum opus, The Church Dogmatics, in its entirety. The original German version, Die kirchliche Dogmatik, is also included as are the first 43 volumes of Barth's Gesamtausgabe, which includes hundreds of letters, sermons, lectures, conversations, and academic writings. These volumes are supplemented by seven additional German works that have not yet been published as part of the Gesamtausgabe and English translations of thirteen important texts by Barth. New content will be added on a quarterly basis.

Hi,
I started a series in January titled, "One Year With Karl Barth"

I am reading through the CD and posting my thoughts and conclusions. I am new to Barth, but would love to have some interaction from those who are more experienced readers.
